Returns Policy

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

Clearance sale items, custom-made garments, and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange. Process:

Email us at multiplecollectionsstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Once approved, send the item back to our address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 1 to 2 days.

Refunds will be issued through IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer) or online payment methods like Easypaisa or JazzCash, depending on your preference.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, you will be offered a refund or store credit.
